Hii.Club Newcastle opened it’s doors in 2024 with huge online and community buzz. With an average of 400 leads per month, in the opening months our focus was to work with the owner and manager to implement process and structure in order to convert as many leads into foundation members. From there we plugged in our database team which freed their front of studio team from administrative tasks and focus soley on conversion. Targeted strategies were developed, and weekly consulting calls ensured month on month growth.

After experiencing a period of stagnation in growth, F45 Henley-on-Thames partnered with Oxigen with a clear goal: to increase revenue and create momentum in the business. Our relationship with the Finsbury Park team began well before FS8 opened its doors. We had already been working closely with F45 Finsbury Park, supporting the studio with systems, growth strategy and operational structure.
